These terms apply to the FreeLingo official website and iOS app. By using FreeLingo, you agree to use the service responsibly and in line with applicable laws.

Use of FreeLingo
FreeLingo helps users build vocabulary plans, review words, import study materials, and use AI-assisted learning features. The app is provided for personal learning, study, and language practice.
User Materials
You are responsible for the materials you import or submit. Only upload content that you are allowed to use, and avoid importing private, confidential, illegal, or harmful content.
AI Features
AI-generated explanations, examples, and practice prompts are learning aids. They may contain mistakes and should not replace dictionaries, textbooks, exam rules, professional advice, or official standards.
Purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled through Apple's App Store. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling follow the App Store terms shown at the time of purchase.
Availability
We work to keep FreeLingo reliable, but features may change as the product improves. Network-dependent features, including some AI functions, may be unavailable during maintenance or provider outages.
