Information We Process
FreeLingo may process learning data you create in the app, including vocabulary plans, review progress, imported materials, settings, and support messages you send to us. If you enable Apple services such as iCloud, syncing is handled through your Apple account and device settings.
AI and Imported Materials
Some AI features may send the words or materials you choose to process to service providers so FreeLingo can generate word cards, examples, explanations, or practice prompts. Do not import content that you do not have the right to use or content that contains highly sensitive personal information.
Website Analytics
The official website may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand page performance, search demand, and traffic quality. Analytics data is used to improve the website, not to sell personal information.
Support
When you contact support, we use your email address and the information you provide to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, and improve FreeLingo.
Your Choices
You can manage app data on your device, control iCloud sync through iOS settings, and contact us if you have questions about privacy or account-related data.
